Quién es el responsableWho is responsible for your data

Imagin3Studio es el responsable del tratamiento de los datos que envías a través de heyrita.ai, a efectos del Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y de la LOPDGDD. Imagin3Studio is the data controller for the data you send through heyrita.ai, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish LOPDGDD.

Qué datos recogemosWhat we collect

Solo lo que escribes en el formulario de la beta: tu email, el nombre de tu empresa (si lo pones) y, si nos escribes por correo, tu mensaje. Nada más: ni cookies de seguimiento, ni analítica de terceros, ni perfiles. Only what you type into the beta form: your email, your company name (if you add it) and, if you write to us by email, your message. Nothing else: no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics, no profiling.

Para qué los usamosWhy we use them

Para una sola cosa: responder a tu solicitud de acceso a la beta y, si sigues adelante, organizar contigo la puesta en marcha. No usamos tus datos para publicidad ni te añadimos a listas de correo. For one thing only: to answer your beta request and, if you go ahead, to set things up with you. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not add you to mailing lists.

Base legalLegal basis

Tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD): nos das tus datos al enviar el formulario, y puedes retirar ese consentimiento cuando quieras escribiendo a hola@heyrita.ai, sin que eso afecte a lo tratado hasta entonces. Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR): you give us your data when you submit the form, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to hola@heyrita.ai, without affecting what was processed before.

Cuánto tiempo los guardamosHow long we keep them

Mientras tu solicitud esté viva. Si no llegamos a trabajar juntos, borramos tus datos como máximo 12 meses después del último contacto. Si retiras el consentimiento antes, los borramos entonces. For as long as your request is live. If we do not end up working together, we delete your data at most 12 months after the last contact. If you withdraw consent earlier, we delete them then.

A quién se los damosWho we share them with

A nadie. No vendemos tus datos, no los cedemos ni los compartimos con terceros. Solo los tocan los proveedores técnicos imprescindibles para que el formulario y el correo funcionen, y únicamente para eso. Nobody. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it on or share it with third parties. It is only touched by the technical providers strictly needed to run the form and the email, and only for that.

Tus derechosYour rights

El RGPD te da derecho a: Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Acceder a tus datos y saber qué tenemos.Access your data and know what we hold.
• Rectificarlos si son incorrectos.Rectify it if it is wrong.
• Suprimirlos («derecho al olvido»).Erase it (the “right to be forgotten”).
• Oponerte al tratamiento o pedir su limitación.Object to processing or ask for it to be restricted.
• Llevártelos (portabilidad) en un formato legible.Take it with you (portability) in a readable format.
• Retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento.Withdraw your consent at any time.

Si crees que no lo hemos hecho bien, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos. To exercise any of them, write to hola@heyrita.ai and we will answer within 30 days. If you think we got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
